The location was supremely convenient, right across from the train station. A wide variety of restaurants existed in the immediate area. The staff were exceedingly respectful and helpful. I was particularly impressed. The breakfast buffet included for a reasonable price was great.
That is my biggest complaint. The rooms were acceptable. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain and main attractions. I found the noise from outside traveled too easily into the room.

The staff were really helpfull. The location is steps from Termini.
The room felt really basic. It cost more than I would have liked for what was basically beds with a toilet and a shower. The train station being so close is handy but it was so loud.

i appreciated the good value breakfast for the low price. the location was convenient too. the shower had good water pressure, a nice change. the mini fridge kept drinks properly cool.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i heard sounds from the hallway, conversations from the next room, and footsteps. it was hard to sleep. the safe was out of order. staff didn't seem helpful in fixing it and communication in english was difficult.

the location is perfect near the train station (roma termini). the reception area was beautiful and the staff were friendly. i felt okay all time in the area around the building. the room was also quite spacious.
the bathroom was quite small so it was difficult to take a bath.

the air conditioning unit was quite loud it made sleeping difficult i found that the noise disrupted my rest the bathroom was also small it felt cramped the shower space was limited making it uncomfortable furthermore the breakfast lacked variety i wished for more options

The location was close to the station. This made getting around the city simple. Staff members were very friendly and also helpful with directions. I liked the room a lot as it was very clean daily with fresh towels provided. i had a comfortable stay here.
The elevator was a bit slow.
