Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying on the ground floor next to the main entrance, I found it a bit noisy late at night with kitchen sounds early in the morning despite being advertised with air conditioning. The room was pricier but booked through Booking, which was convenient.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were spacious, airy, and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. The service, particularly Giulio at the reception, was extremely helpful and attentive, though they were initially hesitant to take my payment. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to the train station. The dining options were satisfactory, with a daily fresh fish selection. Facilities were good, and the value for money was acceptable.
The hotel was not ready for check-in, and we had to wait for over an hour to get our first-floor room that was nothing like the photos on the booking site. The location, right next to the train station on a busy street, was a mixed bag with its pros and cons.
I just stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The location is superb, right across the Termini Train station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for travelers. The service was really nice, and the staff, especially Giulio, were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel is so charming and comfortable, perfect for a couple of nights. The breakfast was just alright. Despite being right next to Termini, the location is convenient if you have an early flight.
The hotel offers good value for money and provides daily room cleaning with fresh towels and shower supplies. However, the rooms are small without natural light. The breakfast selection includes juice, cereal, bread, and pastries.
